We have a skillful technique of fine polishing, optical contact (connection of glass without using glue) and fire processing. With those technique and know-how, we meet with customers' request.

Encapsulation

※5 Alkali metals such as Cs (cesium), Rb (rubidium) and K (potassium) for ultra-compact chip scale atomic clocks (CSAC) developed using MEMS technology, Biomagnetic measuring device or Optically pumped atomic magnetometer (OPAM) can be encapsulated. However, amount of those gasses is not adjustable.
※6 The following gasses can be encapsulated:
H2 (hydrogen), ²H (deuterium), He (helium), Ne (Neon), Ar (argon) and Xe (xenon)
